Abstract

To solve the position tracking accuracy for valve-controlled motor electrohydraulic proportional servo system mainly driving the static load torque, the tracking performance was studied in presence of the variable gain and dead-zone. On the basis of combination of the conventional composite control with dead-zone compensation method, the comprehensive control approach with dead-zone and self-adjusting feedforward compensation was proposed. The simulation results have shown that the method could achieve good tracking performance for the sinusoidal and constant velocity position tracking under the wide variation of load torque.
