Abstract

Wavelet packet autoregressive spectrum technique are used to analyze the steady and unsteady vibration signals of vehicle wheel system, extracts the fault characteristics of special vehicle wheel system, and realize the extraction of the fault characteristics of analysis object. By analyzing the fitting clearance of wheel system gears, discriminates the fault phenomenon of vehicle wheel system, provides important supports for the maintenance of special vehicle wheel system. Experiments show that this method can realize the fault diagnosis of wheel system for special vehicle equipments and fast on-line measurement, and provide strong support to maintain the intact rate of equipments.
