N2 - The data of hybrid production process is miscellaneous and multivariate, and the acquisition of multivariate data has become the bottleneck of production control and management. Advanced control technology and automatic identification technology provide effective means to acquire real-time data of hybrid production process. In this paper, the model of real-time data acquisition is presented, which provides an effective solution to the data acquisition problem of the hybrid production process. In the model, DCS, fieldbus, barcode and RFID are used to acquire various production data, and instruments, barcodes and RFID tags are uniformly coded. The multivariate production information with unified form is also acquired. At last, the model is validated by the case study of PVC gloves production.
