N2 - In view of the existing access control model adopted, for complex distributed R&D design processes with remote collaborative work, there are problems such as insufficient dynamic response, untimely authorization and inaccurate access control hard to achieve the task-driven authorization. This paper proposes a dynamic access control model foR&Distributed R&D design process to improve the accuracy of resource access. First, the conceptual definition of the relevant elements of the model is given. Second, a dynamic access control model for distributed R&D design process is proposed based on situation calculation theory and algorithms, where the concept of "situation"is introduced, and the change of authorization is regarded as the change of situation, as well as the generation of new situation is regarded as the result of action. Last, a ship design example is used to verify and analyze the proposed model.
