Abstract
The overall arrangement of automatic shift electronic control system for ZL50 loader is introduced. Control strategy of the loader's automatic shift is designed through an analysis of the loader's working course. Man-machine conversation multi-mode control strategy is adopted to adapt to the complex states of working of the loader, and the functions of DSS and direct reversal are presented. Different shift schedules are designed based on whether the driving pump is working. The exactness of control logic is proved by bench tests, and electronic control system makes the shifting operation simple, reducing the driver's intensity of work.
