Abstract

Taking into account that the property parameters of the Linear-Shaped Charge are difficult to achieve real-time measurement, the key parameters which affect the implementation of property, such as the thickness of sheet metal, will be used to analyze the reliability. A distribution model of the largest critical functional parameters is firstly given by use of up-and-down method and the largest envelop method, and then hardened test method which can evaluate the reliability of the Linear-Shaped Charge is obtained by hardening the functional parameters. The example in the article indicates that: only less than 10 trials are needed to assess the reliability of 0.99999 in the single confidence level of 0.95. It provides a technical approach for the reliability evaluation of the Linear-Shaped Charge.
