Abstract

Microwave coincidence imaging (RCI) is a novel imaging technology motivated by classical coincidence imaging which has been realized in optical systems. RCI can obtain focused high resolution images of targets and overcome the shortages of conventional radar imaging technology which is highly dependent on time delay and Doppler analysis. In this paper, a radar coincidence imaging method based on pseudoinverse algorithm and iterative operation is proposed to reconstruct images of targets in a noisy environment. Such method is easy to achieve and can be used for both continuous targets and discrete targets. Furthermore, the time-delay compensation is considered which can enhance the image quality.
