Abstract

The era of globalization calls for global governance. Human rights are not only the value guidance and assessment criteria but also significant contents and tasks of global governance. Almost all fields and topics of global governance are directly or indirectly related to human rights (“shared future for mankind”). As the achievement of global governance, the mechanism for international guarantee of human rights constructed after World War ii has also deepened global governance, because they share a unified value by advocating the principle of wide consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits. The important concept of “a Human Community with a Shared Future” proposed by President Xi Jinping will definitely have a profound impact on the democratization of international relations and effective global governance. The idea of such a community requires North-South dialogue and South-South cooperation. All countries should not only focus on their own human rights but also participate actively in the development of international human rights. In fact, to promote global human rights governance and construct a Human Community with a Shared Future mutually beget each other.
