Progressive Order Insertion Dynamic Scheduling Method Considering Production Capacity

Abstract

In the process of flexible manufacturing cells, the disturbance of single insertion will cause a delay of existing production orders. In this paper, a scheduling model is established to minimize order delay and maximum order completion time for the rescheduling problem of a flexible job shop. Design a progressive order insertion rearrangement strategy, and set the buffer time for inserting orders. Determine the start time of rescheduling by buffer time. In terms of algorithm, NEH heuristic scheduling is improved according to the characteristics of the model. Design the initial sequence generation rule index factor. Use algorithms to solve the model. The simulation results show that the progressive order insertion rearrangement strategy can effectively reduce the order delay compared with the complete rescheduling, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
