Abstract
The solid electrolyte La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8 Mg0.2O3-δ (LSGM) was prepared by the gel-combustion method. The effects of technical parameters such as the concentration, the pH value, the amount of citrate added and heating temperature were discussed. The X-ray diffraction characterization of calcined gel shows that pure phase was synthesized after calcination at 1400°C for l0 h, and the TEM result shows the calcined powder with average particle size 150 nm.
