Abstract

We present a fast-speed method for automatically and accurately enumerating CTCs (Circulating Tumor Cells). By combining multifunctional microfluidic chip with digital image analysis, we eliminate the human error due to previously unavoidable manual inspection and off-chip procedures. We also remarkably reduce the inspection time of CTC enumeration.
