Abstract

The performance evaluation system of power battery was developed and the following evaluation parameters were suggested: state of energy CSOE to signify the energy state of battery, relative voltage dropping rate ηVDR, energy dropping factor ξ (E) and temperature rising rate ηTRR to signify the discharging characteristic. Also the battery cell consistency was discussed and relative voltage difference factor ξ (U) and relative internal resistance difference factor ξ (r) were used as evaluation parameters. Based on the experimental results, the battery evaluation system was explained, and the reasonability and feasibility of the evaluation system and parameters were verified.
