Abstract

The high-pressure common rail electronically controlled fuel injection system is a kind of well-performance diesel injection system in general. Using fluid dynamic analyzing software FLOWMASTER, the fuel injection performance of the fuel injector controlled by single stage high speed electro-magnetic valve and the fuel injector controlled by two stages electro-magnetic valve (which uses a high speed electro-magnetic valve as a pilot valve, and two position three port poppet valve as main valve) in high-pressure common rail electronically controlled fuel injection system's application are compared, and the similarity and difference between these two injectors are analyzed.
