Abstract
After analyses and comparison of each synthesis way of DNBF that have been reported so far, a more feasible synthesis way was chosen to conduct the optimization of the synthesis technics of it. DNBF was synthesized by the improved technics, the operation was simplified, the reaction time was shortened, and the total yield reached over 92%, moreover, this technics reduced the cost of 4,6-dinitrobenzofuroxan. The synthesis technics suitable for industrial scale production was offered.
