Abstract
Applying BOSCH CR high pressure common rail system to the diesel engine 4100QBZ, Snatch of BOSCH injector nozzle with the chamber on the diesel engine 4100QBZ is performed. Based on the matching principle of fuel spray's distribution along the directions of axis and radius, nozzle structural parameter is calculated. Grid model of the designed nozzle and original chamber is built by using KIVA software, nozzle's parameter is optimized. With the methods of equal-arc and equal-volume, four groups of designed nozzle versions are obtained. After combustion calculation of different nozzles are finished by using maximum firing pressure and fuel consumption rating as indexes, reasonable nozzle's parameter is found.
