    Abstract

Emergency management is one important issue recently. How to model the emergency management process, to identify weaknesses in response capability, and to optimize the rescue teams is one of the most important issues in realworld. We use GSPN to model the traffic accident rescue process, analyze its structure, and obtain some important measures performances of the process.
