Abstract

Focusing on the great strategic significance of informatization in modern military equipment, a research on system effectiveness of networked vehicle information platform is conducted in this paper. Considering the platform's characteristics of high complexity, as well as the existing assessment problem of the Dimension Curse, the factors which probably influence the system effectiveness are analyzed. Based on a proposed system effectiveness evaluation mechanism, an index system of networked vehicle information platform is constructed, and the transition of simulation data to evaluation data is achieved. Combined with the method integration theory, an analysis and evaluation model to measure system effectiveness is established. The feasibility and rationality of this evaluation model is verified through the calculation and analysis of a concrete example.
