Abstract

Regulations on Emergency Handling, Investigation and Disposal of Electric Power Safety Accidents is the first administrative regulation which regulates emergency handling, investigation and disposal of electric power safety accidents. It marks that electric power safety supervision and management in China have embarked on the road to legalization. The Regulations on Emergency Handling, Investigation and Disposal of Electric Power Safety Accidents rank the accidents, adjust the criteria for ranking accidents, specify the right of accident investigation and disposal, define the legal responsibilities and give clearer and more specific regulations based on the characteristics of the electric power industry.
