Abstract

Laser beam excursion control principle was briefly described. It was indicated that system coupling was unavoidable in given direction laser beam excursion control process, and the coupling phenomenon could not be well restrained by conventional proportional integral derivative (PID) uncoupling control. So a single nerve cell PID uncoupling control method was proposed to uncouple the system coupling in laser excursion control process. Compared with conventional PID uncoupling control, the response speed of single nerve cell PID uncoupling control becomes fast, the ability of anti-jamming becomes strong, and the system coupling could be restrained better. Experiments show that system surge can be eliminated basically, the laser beam collimation precision in the given direction can reach 5×10-8 rad.
