abstract = "The author uses the concept about human disaster early warning which was defined by the United Nations International Disaster Reduction Strategy (ISDR), according to the present situation of urban industrial disaster early warning information released, the author uses the method of knowledge acquisition to obtain the relationship between the main concepts and concepts of the urban industrial disaster warning information release technology events. The authors use ontology modeling tool prot{\'e}g{\'e} to establish knowledge model of urban industrial disaster warning information publishing technology based on ontology, and studied the knowledge model. Research results show: the knowledge model is built to describe the semantic relations between knowledge points, conceptual relations are closely related, support for reasoning on semantic logic, strong expansibility.",
