Abstract

By analyzing the structure of this kind of transducers, this paper justifies theoretically that the cavity effect does influence its dynamic performance; Moreover, based on the analysis of experimental results of the resonant vibration cylinder pressure transducer at sine-wave atmosphere pressure input signal of different frequencies, it is proved that the cavity effect does influence the dynamic performance of the whole system and narrow the operational frequency bandwidth. To reduce this influence, dynamic compensated digital filter is utilized to process the output signal of the resonant vibration cylinder pressure transducers, the experimental results show that, the operational frequency bandwidth of resonant vibration cylinder pressure transducer is extended from 50Hz to higher than 60Hz and the dynamic performance is improved.
