Incremental material kitting and circulation state management technology in assembly execution process of complex products

Abstract

Aiming at the demand of complex products with multi-variety and less-batch for timeliness, accuracy, completeness in the assembly execution process, the technology of incremental material kitting coordination and materials circulation state management oriented to assembly execution process was proposed. Based on the kit process data of process-level structured assembly materials, a incremental material kitting state coordination management mechanism which took assembly execution process as the main line, crafts process node as the core and state of the material requirements as the management object was developed through the collaborative management of material content, time and distribution. Aiming at the necessity for rational allocation of limited assembly material resources, a kit-priority evaluation model was established, and the optimization of material approval was realized by combining with the time node of production plan. The inventory management system in flat workshop and the distribution technology of 2D barcode material pallet were proposed to realize revolving kitting resource pallet preparation and closed-loop control of workshop material supply. Through the operational analysis of actual project instance, the reasonableness and effectiveness of the technology was verified.
