High speed data acquisition system design of internal combustion engine cylinder pressure based on DSP

Abstract

A data acquisition system was developed based on the DSP56F807 SCM, which could dispose the digital signals in high speed. The hardware of in-cylinder pressure data acquisition system was designed with the function of USB transmission. The software was edited to realize data acquisition, communication and display. The data acquisition was achieved by the analog-to-digital converter and the input capture function of DSP, and the high speed data transmission was realized by the USB. Experiments were carried out on the test bench, the anti-jamming problems was settled, and stability and reliability of the collection system were guaranteed. The analyse of the indicator diagram testified the veracity of the power acquisition of this system.
