Fuzzy-PID active control with changeable parameter of the electrical-hydraulic suspension

Abstract

The electrical-hydraulic active vibrating control for the vehicles suspension is presented, together with its simulation under road excitations. A physical model is founded as a system of single degree of freedom. On the based of analyzing PID and Fuzzy control, Fuzzy-PID control algorithm with auto tracked gain and changeable factor is put forward. In the experiment option between Fuzzy and PID scheme can be made according to extent of errors. By means of linking IBM-PC with MCS-98 single computer, the control performance is improved. When the frequency is swept from 2.875Hz to 7Hz, the better performance is achieved than by use of passive method. The result can be used to design the suspension's active vibration control.
