Abstract

This paper gives a frequency calibration method of a high shock piezoelectric film accelerometer with low sensitivity. The characteristic of the input and output can be gained through the shock calibration test, the transfer function can be obtained by the characteristic of the input and output, and then the frequency-response curve of the high shock piezoelectric film accelerometer is brought out. The test result proves that this method is effective.
