Abstract
Proposes a new algorithm which is very efficient for the computation of the Green's functions for cylindrically stratified media on a PC. Using the recursive and asymptotic method in different complex zones, precise results of cylindrical combination functions with complex argument and the Green's functions in spectral domain are obtained. Through the inverse Fourier transform, spatial Green's functions are obtained. Numerical results from this algorithm are in good agreement compared with those from relevant literature.
