Abstract

DAC chips are used in the digital signal system to convert the digital signal into analog signal, which will bring amplitude-frequency distortion. This article starts from the cause of this kind of amplitude-frequency distortion, studies the effect of DAC chip on the signal amplitude-frequency characteristics, then designs a general FPGA-based Digital inverse-sinc amplitude-frequency compensation filter for such distortion. In this paper, the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the signal before and after passing through the inverse-sinc compensation filter are analyzed through simulation. Finally the performance of the designed amplitude-frequency compensation filter is verified.
