Abstract

Studies a fuel system for use in a vehicle gas turbine. It is an electronically controlled common rail system, instead of on adopting traditional mechanical control, considering the intricate demands of the vehicle and the convieniant application of electronic control. The specific structure of parts was designed based on the ability of fuel feeding. The physical dimensions of fuel lift pump, fuel transfer pump and nozzle, as the key components of the system, were worked out. The system design was checked with simulation software. The results showed that the design requirements were satisfied.
