Abstract
This paper studied the electromagnetism structure design of PMLSM and the hardware and software development of servo control system to satisfy the requirements of NC machine, based on the comparison with other form linear motors. Then it solved the problems of infliction load and speed related data record. And it tested the capability of prototype motor, gave the test method and result of orientation force especially. It shows that the prototype motor performs well.
