Abstract

A novel method for UWB (ultra wideband radar) radar angular tracking in the presence of clutter is proposed in this paper. With Bayesian principle and regular optimization theory, an adjustable factor is applied to modify the MAP estimation of the error signal. Thus a compromise between tracking error and response time can be obtained. Superiority of the method is verified with simulation results.
