Abstract
In order to reduce the influence of waves heave to the vessel motion for the security, a compensation system based on the secondary control unit was proposed. The compensation principle and transport operation mode were described. And a mathematics model of the compensation system was established. The adaptive control based on load feedback was employed to control the speed of the secondary control unit. The simulation results show that the system can successfully implement the heave compensation method for supplying operation with both efficiency and security.
