Abstract
A Low Noise Amplifier for CDMA Receiver is described using Agilent Technologies ATF-38143 and MGA-71543. The operating frequency is 824MHz to 849MHz, and the gain is 45dB, other parameters include: the Band Flatness is less than 0.2dB, and the noise figure is no more than 1.0dB. Agilent ADS simulation shows that our design satisfies the desired parameters very well, and a noise figure less than 0.4dB is achieved, which is an excellent performance among the similar designs that ever reported.
