Abstract
Based on an analysis of factors affecting the dispersion of burst height in existing continuous wave Doppler radio fuzes, features of their target signal and ways of their extraction are studied. The paper then describes a scheme of technique for the stabilization of burst height in radio fuzes. Circuit design, adjustment and testing of actual prototypes have been carried out. In order to achieve desired stabilization of the burst height. The scheme used applies both physical and mathematical transformations, viz. filtration, frequency compensation and differentiation. The target and interfering signals pass through 2 paths to offset influences from compensating signal processing circuits so as to reduce factors affecting the dispersion of burst height. A series of laboratory simulation tests has shown that the circuit possesses fine features in stabilization of the burst height, as well as abilities in antijamming from early burst, big pulse delayed signals and peak signals. It also possesses the ability of target recognition. A practical signal processing circuit for the stabilization of burst height is finally given.
