A study on future Internet architecture design

Abstract

Along with more than 30 years' development, the current Internet architecture is facing more serious technical challenges, and many countries around the world have started relevant researches on future Internet. In this paper we first analyze the main drawbacks of the existing Internet architecture, and then introduce the future development tendency of communication networks. Considering the theoretical research from home and abroad, we propose some key technical issues on future Internet architecture design.
