Abstract

For solving the problem of the current e-experiment system lack of intelligence, a Multi-Agent E-Experiment Management System, MAEMS is proposed in this paper. In the MAEMS, there are three different agents are built, first is named Student-Agent responsible for real-time evaluation of student's cognitive level and choosing the experiment matched according to the level. Second is Teacher-Agent responsible for tracking student's experiment progress and choosing new experiment. Third is Co-Agent responsible for making it possible that students do experiment together by forming a learning group. An improved fuzzy set algorithm is used to evaluate student when they are doing experiment in Student-Agent, and the level of assessment is shown in a dynamic polar chart. The MAEMS, using Browser/ Serve structure, is developed on Java Agent Development framework (JADE) platform based on Java Web Technology and database technology. The demonstration shows the effective of MAEMS.
