Abstract

This paper presents the development of ah RDF context framework to enable the identification of an individual student in the domain of higher education to facilitate targeted resource delivery and the matching of users in collaborative learning. The framework is designed to be extensible and generic with the ability to generalise to similar domains. Context definitions are domain specific, each domain requiring specific contextual design and the identification of factors that identify a entity in a specific domain. The factors that identify a student context with the developed RDF context framework are presented in this paper.
