Abstract
Multi-cabin structure was designed under warhead internal blast, and fragments and blast wave loading were measured. At the same time, plastic deformation and failure modes were investigated by highspeed camera. The results show that: (1) Cabins bear combined effect of blast wave, fragments and quasistatic pressure in especial; (2) There would be petalling in the clinging bulkhead, that would vent blast loading to adjacent cabin; (3) Stiffeners enhance strength of bulkheads and decrease blast hole, but those would cause local cracks; (4) Traditional hatch doors are weak parts of cabin under internal blast.
