Abstract
Brillouin spectroscopy imaging technology is widely used in biomedical and material chemistry because of its non-contact, high spatial resolution and three-dimensional imaging characteristics. The confocal microscopy and spectroscopy detection techniques were combined to develop the confocal Brillouin spectrum imaging device. The point spectrum of silica glass, silica gel and plexiglass were obtained by the device. The results showed that the longitudinal elastic modulus of silica glass, silica gel and plexiglass is 83.4GPa, 1.21GPa and 9.48GPa. Then, the bonding area between the glass and the Plexiglas with similar refractive index was imaged by Brillouin frequency shift. It was very easy to distinguish and identify the two substances from the spectral image. The problem was solved which it is difficult to distinguish the two substances with similar refractive index on the light intensity map.
