He is currently an associate researcher and master tutor of School of Management and Economics, Beijing Institute of Technology. It has been published in MIS Quarterly (UTD24, FT50 Journal), INFORMS Journal on Computing (UTD24 journal), Journal of Management Information More than 20 papers have been published in important academic journals and conferences at home and abroad, such as Systems (FT50 journal), Information & Management, and Management Science, including more than 10 papers indexed by SCI. He presided over 1 project of the National Natural Science Foundation, and participated in more than 10 national and provincial projects such as major project projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology and C-class pilot science and technology projects of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He IS currently a member of the Artificial Intelligence Technology and Management Application Research Branch of the Society of Management Science and Engineering, and serves as a reviewer for more than 10 internationally renowned journals, including JOC, I&M, KBS, ACM TMIS, KAIS, and IEEE IS. And a member of the Program Committee of several international conferences such as WITS, CSWIM, IEEE ISI, ICSH, etc.
