Yu Zhaobo, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, Doctor of Law, postdoctoral fellow, professor. His monograph "Legislative Decision-making Theory" won the second prize of the 9th Beijing Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award, and was named the Advanced Individual of Beijing Teachers' Ethics in 2006.
