Pei Yi, female, Han nationality, Lanzhou, Gansu Province, member of China Democratic League. University of Liverpool LLM (International Commercial Law), University of Southampton LLM (Maritime Law), Nankai University LLM (Competition Law, European Union Law), China University of Political Science and Law Postdoctoral researcher (Intellectual Property Law). He is currently an assistant professor, master tutor and assistant dean of the Law School of Beijing Institute of Technology, an associate researcher of the International Cyberspace Governance Research Base of Beijing Institute of Technology, and deputy Secretary General of the Beijing Intellectual Property Law Research Institute. In 2024, he was selected into the training program of "100 Young Legal Talents" of Beijing Law Society. In 2024, he won the most popular professional course teacher of the 18th "I Love My Teacher" of Beijing Institute of Technology.
