As the person in charge, he has undertaken the research work of the National Natural Science Foundation, the 6G project of the National Key Research and Development Plan, the 863 5G major project, the national science and technology major project, the intergovernmental science and technology cooperation project and other related projects, and participated in 2 key research and development plan projects as the technical person in charge or the technical backbone. There are 2 973 projects, 4 863 projects, 3 national science and technology major projects, 1 major project of the Ministry of Education, 3 international cooperation projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology and several horizontal projects. Published more than 60 papers, He is the first or corresponding author of IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation, and IEEE Transactions on Wireless He has published or accepted more than 40 papers in journals such as Communications, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Globecom, ICC, WCNC, PIMRC, VTC and other conferences. He has applied for more than 20 invention patents or national defense patents, and has authorized 15 of them, of which one patent written as the author has been awarded the "Annual 100 Excellent Chinese Patent Project" by the State Intellectual Property Office. The China Communications Standardization Association and the 5G Technical Working Group received four standardization proposals.
He has been awarded the outstanding Party member and vanguard post of the School of Information and Electronics of Beijing Institute of Technology for many times. In 2021, as the first author of the paper published by the China Association for Science and Technology "sixth excellent scientific and technological papers" (a total of 95 in the country). He has guided undergraduate students to win the Beijing Excellent Graduation Project, and as the supervisor of doctoral students/master students, the graduate students under his guidance have won national scholarships and Beijing Excellent graduates for many times. As a member of the teaching team of Advanced Digital Communication, a fine course for graduate students, he presided over 2 teaching reform projects, published 2 teaching reform papers in one work, and won 1 school-level teaching achievement award.
