Personal profile

Personal profile

Li Xinyuan will join the Institute of NanoChemistry, School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Beijing Institute of Technology in 2021. His research direction is the regulated synthesis of semiconductor-based heterogeneous nanocrystals and their application in optoelectronic new energy. Students who are interested in semiconductor nanocrystals and optoelectronic new energy are welcome to join the research team.

Research Interests

The ligand-induced local ion exchange strategy is used to study the precise construction and photoelectric properties of metal-semiconductor heterocrystals. The surface atomic level site coordination environment of semiconductor nanocrystals is regulated by intercalation chemistry and its photocatalytic performance is studied.
