Xiao Junyong, male, born in Shaoyang, Hunan Province, member of the Communist Party of China, Doctor of Law, professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Law of Beijing Institute of Technology. Executive Director, Research Center for Science and Human Rights, Beijing Institute of Technology, National Human Rights Education and Training Base. Since 2000, he has taught at the Law School and the School of International Relations of Hunan University. He visited Georgetown University (2008), University of Hamburg (2015) and the European Court of Human Rights (2018).
