Research Interests

1. Micro-nano optics: engaged in the design, manufacture and application research of functional micro-nano optical devices (Metasurface, SERS substrates, Subwavelength gratings, etc.);
2. Holographic lithography: The use of laser interference exposure to make 1 - and 2-dimensional nanometer grating applied to the fine control of light field;
3. Holographic measurement: Based on computational holography, to achieve high-precision surface shape measurement of complex optical surfaces (aspherical surface, free-form surface).
