Before teaching, he worked for many years in electric power company and financial company.
In 1995, he returned to the university to teach, while providing professional consulting, research and training for the government and a number of enterprises in the fields of organizational capacity improvement, human resource management, science and technology policy, etc. In 2003, he participated in the national medium and long-term science and technology development plan as an expert of the talent group.
In recent years, I mainly provided training, consulting and consulting services for enterprises. During this period, I worked in two consulting enterprises (Haidilao/Hongying Education) from consultant to head of human resources and enterprise university, and personally conducted system construction and landing practice. The enterprises served in the past two years: Hongyang Property, Yurun Group, Tianyang Technology, Alibaba, Vanke, Anta Group, Baidu Finance, New Hope Six and so on.
