Personal profile

Long-term engaged in flame retardant materials, polymer/clay nanocomposites research work. At present, the main research includes new nanocomposite flame retardants, polymer nanocomposite flame retardants with different topological structures, efficient two-dimensional material stripping methods, integrated intumescent flame retardants and so on. In the preparation of nanocomposite flame retardants, the concept of green and sustainable synthesis using only water as solvent or solvent-free is always followed. He also served as deputy Secretary-General of the flame retardant Committee of China Petrochemical Association. He is also the deputy chairman of the Emergency Capacity Assessment Working Committee of China Emergency Management Society.
He has published more than 20 SCI papers, applied for more than 10 patents, authorized 8, edited/participated in 2 monographs.
