摘要

We propose and experimentally demonstrate a microwave photonic filter with a tunable range as wide as 30 GHz and a passband as narrow as 76.5 MHz based on an ultra-high-Q (sim 2.74×10^{6}) silicon photonic micro-disk resonator.
