摘要

Segmented deployable primary mirror is commonly used in current high -resolution space telescope. Surface deformation data resulting from finite element thermal analysis cannot be imported to optical design software directly for image quality evaluation, so a data translation tool is needed. The traditional method is to fit circular-area-orthogonal Zernike polynomials as data translation interface, which is invalid for non-circular segmented mirror. Two-dimension interpolation method, which is not limited by pupil shape and spatial frequency of mirror surface, was proposed to achieve this translation. The influence of different temperature variation on the imaging quality of segmented mirror was analyzed by thermalstructural -optical interface software developed by Madab. Simulation results show that axial thermal gradient has more serious effect on image quality than thermal soak and radial thermal gradient.
