摘要

Electric field sensors are widely used in power grid, aerospace, and atmospheric monitoring. Beyond the requirements for improving sensitivity and resolution, temperature adaptability is also essential to real use. This work studies the thermal characteristics of a resonant Microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) electric field sensor in the Duffing nonlinear regime, comparing zero-field output, sensitivity, and noise stability in linear and nonlinear regions under different temperatures. Results show better equivalent field stability in the linear region and lower noise floor in the Duffing nonlinear regime.
